Here, I am reminded of a remark by Litymunshi who had said that absolute gender equality was not possible, and what was possible that we could honour the qualities in each person that would reduce the gender gap. I firmly believe that accommodation of diversity in institutions through differentiated and contextual learning techniques we can move social and gender equity.
